We are an executive chauffeur driven/taxi service catering for private individuals and corporate clients and providing them with a reliable car service.

Where are VIP cars based?
We are a company based in Sofia but our taxi and chauffeur service covers the whole country.

How long have you been in the taxi/chauffeur business?
VIP Cars has been in business since Sep 1979. Our team has over 25 years experience in the chauffeur driven cars and taxi industry.

Can you guarantee that your taxi will collect me on time?
Your chauffeur will normally arrive at the pickup destination fifteen minutes prior to the requested time. Should he be delayed due to traffic conditions, he will telephone the client to report the situation. Our reputation and pride is built on our great service mentality.

My flight has been delayed; will I miss my chauffeur?
We monitor your flight to ensure that your chauffeur meets you on time, either when flights are late or early (We allow 45 minutes for baggage handling and Passport control to minimize parking and waiting time costs) However, please ring our office with any update information.

How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
Our drivers will meet their passengers at the exit from the customs hall inside the airport terminal. Drivers will hold a sign board with the passenger name written on it.

Can I smoke in your cars?
Yes, it is allowed to smoke in our cars!

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept: Visa and MasterCard. Of course, cash is also accepted.

Do you do tours/sightseeing?
Yes we offer hourly/daily hire for tours/sightseeing and allow complete flexibility to your schedule

Can you provide chauffeur driven cars for weddings?
We can cater for weddings, please contact our control manager for a quote, and be sure to book in advance especially during high season (June, July and August).

Do your drivers carry mobile phones?
Yes all our drivers carry mobile phones. Passengers may have the use of these if required.

Do your chauffeurs wear uniforms?
All our chauffeurs are fully uniformed in suit and tie.

Are your vehicles and drivers licensed?
All vehicles are licensed with the locally authority. All drivers are also licensed with the borough and have to pass a medical test as well as a police check.

How easy is it to book a taxi or make changes to a booking?
To make last minute changes please call our office or you may email changes to your journey 24 hours prior.
